This team wants to transform Lake Wendouree into a community hub with an annual fundraiser comprising six fun and engaging activities for 4-16 year olds. The six kid-friendly sustainable rotations will teach kids about the importance of healthy eating, give young people the opportunity to build a veggie garden, as well as participate in workshops to create hanging pots and animals homes.
To trial this idea, the team will use the school’s gardens to host lessons for the community on sustainable practices.
