Ever wanted to meet friends with similar interests to you? Well, this team designed The Buddy Bench! It’s an app that matches users up by common interests, with its goal to help young people foster more connections, decreasing loneliness and improving overall mental health. As a smart place to start with this idea, it will be trialled as a letter writing program within a group of Year 8s.
