What is an innovative way we can connect the community, celebrate diversity and eliminate stereotypes? Ride with Pride. Ride with Pride is an online art gallery which will showcase young Geelong artists in the hopes to raise awareness, appreciation of art, talent and also to share stories of young artists and their unique experiences.
To trial this idea in the community the team will run an art display at Matthew Flinders. The school will be invited to tour a gallery room and to discuss the artists and their artworks. Those attending the gallery room will be invited to read and connect with the journey each artist shares of their relationship with diversity and what their experiences have been like.
