Imagine if roads could power cars… This team are passionate about exploring alternative modes of transport that are more sustainable. Their big idea is to create cars that work with the road to regenerate an electric battery as it drives.
Whilst rebuilding all the roads and designing new cars is a very big task, as a smart place to start this team wants to educate kids about the future of renewable energy. By designing a kids toy car that generates energy as it drives to ultimately power a little light bulb, this team hopes to inspire young people to explore the futures of sustainable infrastructure.
