The last couple of years have led to a decrease of motivation when it comes to exercise, people are spending more time sitting down and staring at a screen. It’s time to change this. Leg-Go is a robotic leg attachment which will make a person run by moving their legs. IT will also track their activity and the amount of steps they take in a day which will be sent to their phone.

In order to trial this brilliant idea, this team wants to create a paper-based physical activity challenge for Year 6 students in Ballarat. The program will be called My Fitness Friend and it will challenge young students to engage in and track a range of exercises from push-ups to yoga.
