The concept focuses on developing an app specifically for young people that supports learning, problem solving and career exploration. By providing study guides, practical learning strategies and access to professionals in different industries, the app aims to help students build independence and develop the skills they need for the future.
The platform would also help students explore potential career pathways by connecting them with experts and real-world insights from a wide range of professions. This could help students better understand what different jobs involve and the steps required to reach those careers.
As part of the project, the team plans to create an interview series with professionals working in careers they admire, such as artists, writers and directors. These interviews will be shared through school platforms to give other students insight into different career journeys and what a typical day in those roles might look like.
