The fashion industry produces an enormous amount of textile waste, and wildlife is always in need of safe habitat. Homing Our Wildlife takes shredded and leftover fabric and turns it into sustainable homes for local animals, solving two problems at once.
They’re reaching out to the local Salvos Op Shop to collect unwanted textile materials, then building animal houses that will be displayed at school and at EcoLink, an eco hub located behind the school.
