Passionate about connecting their community, this team wanted to open a restaurant that served food from all over the world to promote different cultures. To trial their idea they will start with a food truck in their local community that changes cuisines every week, local members of the community come to cook and share food across a long table so they can connect over the food and learn about all the different cultures in their community.
