This team identified the issue of bins being blown over after windy days, leading to rubbish clogging waterways and polluting streets.
To solve this, the team had the crazy good idea of ‘Night Lock Bins’ which would use magnets to clip the bin and lid together and would release by the weight of the rubbish.
This team plans to attend a residential apartment block community meeting and pitch their idea. They hope to introduce Night Lock Bins to the community through a trial period.
