People of all ages can struggle with their body image, and this group wants to change that. IDGAC (I don’t give a crap) is an idea which aims to contribute to the body positivity movement. The team who developed this idea want to create mirrors which are embedded with positive affirmations to increase body confidence.
To trial this idea, the team will create a kit which includes affirmations that can be stick up around your house, in your locker or on your computer so the user can feel confident in themselves and their body as they are reminded that every body is beautiful.
