Originally planned to be Port Fairy’s latest tourist attraction with humpback whale riding tours in the Winter season, this team have pivoted into celebrating Whales in all their beauty and cultural significance. This team plans to create a Whale mural inspired by Indigenous storytelling and hold a sandcastle competition where Port Fairy locals can come together to build a life-sized whale sculpture.
