Finding apprentices can be a real challenge for local trades people, and similarly it can be difficult for young people to secure an apprenticeship.
Enter Tradies Tinder, the app to help employers find apprentices and vice versa. Tradies Tinder allows aspiring apprentices to set up a profile which then allows employees to easily find them.
To trial their idea, Josh, Darcy, Gus and Monty intent to host a Q&A session with an array of local tradies at their school on a weekly basis. This will allow young people to learn more about their roles, form great connections and secure work experience.
