Wanting a fun way to keep fit and stay alert while in class, this team have created the Chike. Acknowledging teenagers spend so much time in class the team raised the question ‘what if they could be active at the same time?’. The Chike aims to turn every school table into a bike, so as students learn they can cycle to keep their energy levels up. To trial their idea, the team want to run an in house experiment where half of a class in a double period would go into the school gym for 10 mins to cycle, walk or exercise then return to class, they will compare energy levels and concentration to the group who did not get to have the break.
