Our idea is targeted at ages between 12-16 because at this stage school starts to get harder and kids aged 12-16 get less sleep because they stay awake. The body positive mindset workout is a poster that has 3 stages. The first stage is, Comfortable with a body mindset workout which is 1 minute per activity, The second is okay with a body mindset workout which IS 45 SECONDS PER ACTIVITY.
