An innovative green space that uses recycled materials and brings the community together, what more could you want? Pot Shoey ticks all the boxes. It will be created using unwanted shoes that will be donated by community members. Situated in the heart of the Warrnambool CBD, Pot Shoey will be a space for community members to meet and connect whilst supporting also natural ecosystems as the native flora in the garden will provide natural haibitats for fauna.
This team want to work with the local council to create a mini green space within the Warrnambool city centre to tiral this idea. The hope is to build this in partnership with a group of year 8’s from there school and the local community.
