As the latest Government health promotion initiative, Pay K will get people active, reduce the burden of the health care system, and be a new revenue stream for taxes. Originally, Pay K was an app that incentivised people to run with payments for every kilometre, as well as debt for those not engaging in physical activity. This team sees a future where the government pays people to run, rather than having to fund hospitals for preventable diseases which could be fixed through improved fitness.
As a smart place to start, this team will organise a special House Athletics Event at Bendigo South East College.
