Foundy Friends is an exciting and eco-friendly initiative that turns reducing clothes waste into a fun and inspiring adventure for young students! By teaming up with preps at school, we’re on a mission to cultivate a new generation of sustainability champions who understand the importance of reusing and repurposing clothing.
The program is all about igniting creativity and imagination. Students learn to craft and make things out of recycled materials, transforming old clothes into unique art projects, accessories, and even new clothing items! Less than 2 months later… FOundy friends brought their idea to life!
The organisaed an amazing program where all the Year 6’s created soft toy animals out of recycled materials to give to their Foundation buddy (Preps) as a new tradition to give the preps a warm welcome and create a more inclusive school!
