Getting active is difficult, what if there was a way to track your fitness and get rewarded? There is, it’s called Fitness Rewards. Fitness Rewards is an app that can be used by adults to track their fitness and get rewarded with points! Incentivising exercise? Genius!
To trial this idea, the team will run a school-based fitness rewards program. Students will be given daily activities to complete and be able to track their progress. They will then be given points and the student with the most points will be rewarded with a prize at the end of the program!
