Many young people are finding it hard to find their passion and purpose. In order to share the many opportunities available to them, Career Course Camp (CCC) was created. CCC will be a week-long camp which will host an array of tents that will be based on career options and interest areas. Attendees will visit the tents and hear from professionals working in the field on their experiences and how they got to where they are. It will allow young people to be able to be exposed to what is possible.

To trial this idea, the team are going to organise weekly virtual careers meetings, with professionals and a trial class of year 8 or 9’s at Brauer and Emmanuel College. The team are going to release a survey to the participating students asking them what professions they would like to know more about. Based on this, they will seek professionals who can join a 20-minute online meeting with the class to share more about what they do. They hope to run this for at least one term, and therefore will learn about approximately 12 different professions. The sessions will be set up like a Q&A where students ask relevant questions to learn more.
