How can we offer opportunities to young people to learn important life skills? This team wants to create an alternative school which is external and runs life skills classes exclusively. It will run classes from driving lessons to cooking to how to do you taxes. The school will be an opportunity to prepare for the future and to prepare for adult life, a stepping stone for teenagers everywhere.
To trial this idea the team will run workshops once a week for a 3 week period at Kimberley College for students who want to learn new life skills and get ready for their future. The students will attend workshops run by industry professionals who will come in and faciitate the workshops using their expertise.
