This team’s innovative idea tackles two huge environmental challenges at once – plastic pollution and deforestation. Meet BioBot – a robot that eats all plastic and molecular transformation leaves behind plant seeds.
Ideally, this team plan to create a vending machine, shaped like an animal, where when you put plastic in, seeds come out! However, as a smart place to start, the team are looking into seed kits at supermarkets that reward customers for environmentally conscious choices.
