Young children deserve to feel safe and empowered, they deserve to become their super selves! Become Your Super Self will be a national day of awareness and action, in which primary school students will come to school dressed as their favourite superheroes. They will be taught self-defence strategies and there will be a competition for the best costume.
To trial this inspiring idea, the team will aim to run in within their school with the Year 3 students. Students will be challenged to dress up as a superhero and a self-defence expert will come along and run workshops with the students for the day.
