Not every young person has the desire to attend university, we need more young people getting involved in appprenticeships, but how can we make them more accessible? App-renticeship is the answer. This app will be a hub on all things apprenticeships. It will be a space for young people to go if they are seeking apprenticeships in their area. It aims to open up the conversation and expose young people to what is possible for them.
To trial this idea in their community, the idea will be developed into a paper-based version. Local businesses will be asked to feature in a booklet that will advertise the diverse range of apprenticeships available for young poeple and the booklet will be shared within their school.
