Ever wondered what it really takes to get your food on the table or clothes on your back? It’s time the city saw the story behind every steak, stitch, and seed. The team would like to create a documentary that follows a day in the life of a farmer, filmed and shared with people in the city. The aim is to open eyes and minds to the hard work behind every product we rely on. From sunrise to sunset, this film will tell the real story of how rural Australians feed and clothe the nation, helping bridge the divide between rural Australia and the cities.
To kick things off, the team will contact the creators of “Just A Farmer”, asking for permission to screen the documentary at school. This will educate the school community about the realities of farm life, spark meaningful conversations, and test how storytelling can shift understanding and appreciation of Australia’s farmers.
