To address the issues associated with women’s safety, this team has developed an idea for a VR educational experience that will challenge the current and alarming prevalence of issues including assault, rape, catcalling and consent. The VR program will present learners with an interactive, immersive educational experience, with the hopes of increasing awareness and conversation. Both boys and girls will engage with the program
To trial their idea, the team want to partner with Ballarat Health Services Role Play Team, to develop a series of role plays to be performed in front of Year 7 students at Ballarat Grammar. The students will watch each scenario acted out, then discuss the behaviour/dynamic they have witnessed.
