FIND is designed to pair young people with local apprenticeship opportunities in their area. Claire, Paige, Aiden, Dane, and Blake’s vision is to streamline the process of finding and securing apprenticeships, bridging the gap between eager young workers and tradespeople looking for fresh talent. It’s an accessible, innovative tool to support career pathways for Australia’s next generation.
To kick off their mission, the team plans to invite local managers and tradespeople to their school for an interactive event. These industry leaders will speak with students about trade apprenticeship opportunities, career expectations, and how to succeed in the field. It’s a chance for students to learn, network, and take their first step toward an apprenticeship.
