Anna, Greta, and Hayley are promoting environmental care with their project, “Save the Planet, Plant a Tree.” Every six months, participants collect a seed to plant, which is later transplanted into natural environments.
Their Smart Start Experiment involves Year 8 and 9 students growing plants from seeds, creating a small garden at school to remind everyone of the importance of nature. The slogan, “Plant today, save tomorrow,” perfectly encapsulates their mission to foster environmental stewardship.
