‘Plastic looking beautiful’. Rather than going to waste and contributing to endless piles of landfill, this team wants to create an art gallery which displays artistic creations of single-use plastic bags and rubbish. Through hosting a competition within the local community, ‘Art for Earth’ hope to bring people together in an appreciation of beauty and build awareness surrounding plastic waste. At the end of the competition, the art will be donated to REDcycle who recycle soft plastics.
