A journal that you write in throughout the weeks to help you deal with stress and anxiety. On weekdays you will write 3 good things that happened during the day and 3 bad things that happened. Then at the end of the week you say 3 of the best things that happened this week, 3 bad things, you’re sleep rating, and your happiness rating. We hope this will help get some of the weight of teenager’s shoulders.
