Are you stressed about the pandemic? Need a ten-minute break from reality? Even just concerned about schoolwork, well we’ve got the solution for you! We have designed a music playlist intended to boost serotine and relive stress, especially in young children and adults. Research has shown that 58% of people say that music is their go-to coping mechanism in stressful situations. Also studies have found that listening to music can lower your body’s levels of cortisol which is the stress hormone.
