Our idea is to create a website to keep teens like us motivated to stay fit.
Each day there will be fitness challenges, that get harder each day plus workouts for any fitness level.​
Motivating quotes also pop up each day. It’s simple and easy because you don’t need to have a phone or use your parents just jump onto your laptop and log on to our website.
